这么说吧，市面上卖的memory foam床垫基本都是这样的

king size的8"的500以上， 13"的就上k了

其实区别就在于最上面的那层memory foam，其他下面的海绵只是起支持作用的,其他牌子不过是
上面的memory foam又根据密度和厚度有区别，密度厚度高的，比较贵
市面上卖的床垫，上面那层东西2寸，3寸都有，密度从3-5不等，别看都是8"厚的床垫，其实大有不同
而且，第一代的记忆床垫寿命是5年，第2代的，寿命15年，区别还是有的
自己做的好处在于：1 完全知道材料是什么，厚度自己决定， 2便宜 3寿命到了的时候换掉很容易

我们上面的那层其实就是topper，很多地方有卖，我们买的3" 4.5lb king size 100刀

下面那层支持海绵其实就没那么讲究了，我们买的是这个5" extra-firm ，我当时买的时候正好还有减价，再用8折卡，很便宜

买了2个5"的，做了一个13"的床垫，加起来才300刀，睡这个床垫有一阵子才做的床， 后来觉得8"硬点还更好，就去掉了下面的5"，也就是不到200搞定床垫
ebay买的20块的床垫罩子套起来就跟买来的mattress差不多了

（第一次被加精华，感谢斑斑啊！我也有了动力把贴子来整理好一点！） 看了一个MM发的帖子，说床软不舒服。我就想起来发个贴子来说说自己做床这事儿。本来我们也是买了一个新的KING SIZE的床，买的时候也是挑了很久，要的是FIRM一点的，可是回来睡了几个月还是觉得不舒服，甚至那段时间老公说腰疼，加上我老妈一个劲地跟我说要尽 量睡木板床，于是老公决定自己动手订床。 先鼓励大家一下: 这个床是老公一个人只花了3个小时做起来的! 所以说,不难滴! 花费: 工具我们有,所以没有现买,只是木板和钉子的花费,用了coupon,最后应该是40多。 成品如图：（就像有mm说的，木板床有一个好处就是床下空间大，可以用来堆放东西。另外,两端的床架子是可以做成柜子的,很简单,把架子的底梁上钉上木板,侧面也订上木板,就好了.） 此主题相关图片如下picture 012.jpg： 半截的工程是这样子的（唉，那个买来的KING SIZE床就竖在右边，还不知道怎么处理呢） 此主题相关图片如下picture 009.jpg： 工具：      锤子（用来定床架）      锯子（如果量好了尺寸，可以让lower's给剧好，这个就不要了）      钉子 钉子不要太粗的，不然板子容易钉裂开 ( 推荐 3" 10d 带螺纹的木钉,  图中6号那样的 多谢斑斑推荐。） 此主题相关图片如下未命名.jpg： 钉床架图解： 1） 订3个如下木框 此主题相关图片如下1.jpg： 2） 按图装钉 此主题相关图片如下6.jpg： 此主题相关图片如下5.jpg： 此主题相关图片如下4.jpg： 此主题相关图片如下3.jpg： 此主题相关图片如下2.jpg： 3） 按1）2 ）钉另一个架子 4）铺上木板，若需要，可两侧可稍加固定。 木板没有订在架子上，不然这么大的床没有办法搬啊。就是铺在上面了。床头床尾的架子两端梁是有点高出来的（这就是步骤2中最后一根梁的作用），侧面 看是"L"型，这样能够从两端顶住木板，防止木板乱动。有mm问木板两侧不固定会不会滑落，我们没有固定，一直都好好点，木板动都不会动，不过如果不放 心，可以订个钉子加固一下。 钉钉子要注意不要钉成平行的，定3个，成三角型，稳定。离木块边要远一点，否则容易裂开。我觉得钉子不用定得太多，因为这个床架，钉子只起到稳定和固定木板的作用，床上的压力是直接传到床腿上的，钉基本不受床上的压力作用。 此主题相关图片如下7.jpg： 尺寸：我们床的尺寸基本上是King Size的尺寸，宽度72（180cm)（装钉图中长板的长度）,20块木板铺满（尺寸不足，计算是18块），铺板的长度80inch（200cm），装 钉图中短板长度是木板出厂尺寸长96切割为铺板80剩下的，96-80=16inch（40cm）用它做高度也差不多合适。下图供大家参考。床高各人酌情 考虑。 此主题相关图片如下8.jpg： （说木板是2*4只是为了指出是哪种木板，实际尺寸不足2，4。） 运输:   运输木板：我们的车是honda accord lx,把后座推倒，从后备箱到前座足够长，一次就运回来了。大多数车我觉得都差不多能放下。 建议: 1.选这个尺寸的木头是因为算下来它是最便宜的，还有觉得足够厚,结实! 其实lowe's里各种尺寸的木板都有,可以选择厚度差不多,宽度宽一些的木板,这样就不用买这么多根了,整体感会好些,但是算下来会贵些. (其实铺上垫子睡起来应该没啥区别,呵呵)     2.其实两端的床架子是可以做成柜子的,很简单,把架子的底梁上钉上木板,侧面也订上木板,就好了!用来放东西会很方便. 我们因为还住在租的房子里，没有那么讲究，就偷懒了~     3.两端的架子可以在室外完成。搬起来不太重，还算方便。     4.我们是垫了两床厚垫子睡得，开始的时候觉得硬，睡几天习惯了就觉得很舒服啦！     5.这个床有个缺点：不容易移动。因为木板是铺上去的，移动的话，木板就容易错位。 6.另外,做木板床有很多做法,kano mm的帖子:http://www.huaren.us/dispbbs.asp?boardid=337&id=347979&page=&star=4 多谢mm分享,房子装得真漂亮!真羡慕你已经有了自己的房子,可以自己装修!
